Return / Exchange

We guarantee our products are brand new, 100% authentic and come in its original box / packaging. We will not be able to guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would recommend for you to purchase from a retail store so you can physically inspect the product.

Return

You may return any products purchased from justforkicks.com.au within 2 weeks of the original purchase in their original, unused condition including original shoebox (shoebox can't be taped up and must be returned as well) for a full refund of the merchandise value minus shipping costs. Any item(s) of clothing must also be new with tags and unworn. Please email us at info@justforkicks.com.au before sending us any returns so that we may arrange the return.

Exchange

To avoid delays we do no accept exchanges. The process for an "exchange" would be to return the purchased item(s) for a full refund minus shipping charges & then place a new order on our site. Once again exchanges are a timely process & we have found that the above mentioned is most effective for both you, the customer and us, the store.

Conditions

The conditions of returns are as follows: Customers must email us at info@justforkicks.com.au within 2 weeks of the original purchase date to arrange a return. All item(s) must be in their original packaging with retro cards, laces etc. Any clothing item(s) must also be brand new with tags and unworn. If these conditions are not met we will be unable to refund any item(s).

If you received an item different than described or damaged.
Please contact us at info@justforkicks.com.au if you receive a product that is different to what you ordered or if your product is damaged. Your options will be to either return the product for a full refund or you may exchange the item(s) for an undamaged or different item.
